Description

The supermarket sales coordinator is responsible for coordinating, planning and executing sales and marketing strategies for products distributed in supermarkets and hypermarkets. This position is essential for maximizing the performance of sales teams and achieving the company's commercial objectives.

Main tasks

  1. Team coordination: supervision and coordination of sales teams and merchandisers.
  2. Strategic planning: development and implementation of action plans to increase sales and product visibility in stores.
  3. Relations with distributors: negotiation and monitoring of commercial agreements (with store managers and floor manager).
  4. Data analysis: assessing the performance of actions and products using key performance indicators (KPIs).
  5. Training and development: ensure the ongoing training of sales teams to maintain a high level of competence and efficiency.

Training

  • A degree in business, marketing or a related field is generally required.
  • Additional training in project management or management is an asset.
