Description

The Sales Manager is responsible for managing, training and leading the sales team. He defines and implements the sales strategy to achieve sales and customer development targets. He/she works closely with sales management to maximize team performance and guarantee optimum customer satisfaction.

Main tasks

  1. Develop and implement the company's sales strategy (market analysis, identification of growth opportunities, design of a concrete action plan...).
  2. Manage and lead the sales team, ensure their training and follow-up.
  3. Analyze sales performance and adjust actions to meet sales targets.
  4. Develop lasting relationships with strategic customers and key accounts.

Training

  • Bac +3 to Bac +5 in business, management or equivalent.
  • Additional training in team management or sales strategy is a plus.

Skills

  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and sales management software.
  • Data analysis and business reporting skills (Excel, Power BI).
  • In-depth knowledge of B2B sales and negotiation techniques.

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar position, ideally managing sales teams.
  • Experience in a specific sector or in key account management is a plus.

Compensation

  • Gross annual salary between €45,000 and €70,000, depending on experience and results.
